The short version
WinterCarPicks is a static, read-only website. There are no user accounts, no comment forms, no newsletters, and no sign-ups. We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising scripts on our pages. We have no interest in tracking you, and we built the site so that we couldn't even if we did.
Amazon affiliate links
WinterCarPicks participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" button or any Amazon link on this site, you leave WinterCarPicks and land on Amazon.com, and Amazon sets its own cookies so that qualifying purchases can be credited to us. What Amazon collects and how it uses that data is governed by Amazon's own privacy notice, not by us — we receive no personal information about you from Amazon, only anonymous, aggregated commission reports.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually every hosting provider, Vercel keeps standard, short-lived server logs (things like IP address, browser user agent, and the URL requested) to operate and secure the service. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you wrote — we use it only to reply, and we don't add you to any list or share it with anyone.
Changes and contact
